The power’s availability is very important.In case of an outage, every data center is equipped with full power backup.Generators combing with UPS systems, guarantee maximum availability.
OutsideHeaven’s industry-leading Service Level Agreements (SLA) guarantees the level which rangs from 99.9% to 99.999%.

We can meet your specific requirements for the configuration of the electrical connection.We provide the following power options, although local regulations may dictate some variations.
AC power voltage 230 Volt or 400 Volt (32 or 64 Amp) 
AC 230 Volt power breakers: 16 or 32 Amp 
DC power voltage: 48 Volt, DC power breakers of various sizes 

Temperature control

All facilities are equipped with redundant cooling equipment in OutsideHeaven’s equipment housing.
Down-flow cooling units brings maximum cooling to your equipment. Room temperature is keeped at 18 to 25 oC and a humidity level of 40% – 60%.

Security

In order to prevent unauthorised access to your equipment, every Data Centre of OutsideHeaven is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system.Access is limited to authorised personnel who must have proximity cards typically combined with biometric readers and mantraps.

Building management systems

All Data Centre related equipment, such as cooling equipment, electrical systems and fire control systems, is under monitored in 24 hours. We control all events and get all procedures ready to prevent every possible incident 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round.

Fire protection

In order to prevent fire disaster, every Data Centres of OutsideHeaven is equipped with fire detection and gas-based fire suppression systems.Argon, FM-200 or CEA is normally used as OutsideHeaven’s facilities. (The type of gas used depends on the local fire regulations.) These systems are monitored continuously and they are automatic(24 x 7). As required by local fire regulations，every building is equipped with hand-held CO2 fire extinguishing systems.
A very Early Smoke Detection Alarm (VESDA) system has been using by OutsideHeaven for additional protection from fire.Once a fire occurs unexpectedly, this system immediately informs OutsideHeaven staff by its smoke ,in order to they can take appropriate action.
