Serve as primary on-site technical lead, from site survey to delivery, for all leased OSP and ISP infrastructure builds or augments within the Hong Kong areas.
Facilitate installation, commissioning, testing and acceptance support for all local, regional, or global just in time network capacity augment and service turn-up projects.
Coordinate across teams and third parties to ensure we maintain the quality standards in all assigned data center locations and remote points of presence (POP).
Provide support for other teams as necessary to repair and maintain the network assets.
Ensure vendor delivery occurs where, what, when, and how assets are delivered.

BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with telecom/network equipment, DWDM, backbone and management routers, IP switches, all optical and digital infrastructure, AC and DC power installations.
Experience with data center, POP infrastructure, OSP, ISP, interfacility cabling, fiber and copper distribution, AC/DC power systems, environmental controls, and relay rack/cabinet/cage construction.
Experience with optical test equipment, optical troubleshooting using OTDR, OSA, BERT and optical power meters.

Experience working with local exchange carrier (LEC) and other telecom service providers, building landlords, electricians, construction operators, and non-technical end users.
Experience with logical inventories like Netcracker or Granite; ability to read fiber or duct tables, CAD drawings, rack elevations and blueprints, work independently, diagnose problems, and take appropriate action with minimal supervision.
Ability to speak and write English and any other regional language fluently and idiomatically.
Experience with Huawei/Cisco router, supermicro servers.
